He graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in 1996 where he received the Reese Scholarship, Foundation for Excellence and completed a surgical residency training program at the Los Angeles County, University of Southern California Medical Center in 1997. Dr. Utley has been in private practice since 1997. He is board certified with the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry, Primary Care in Podiatric Medicine and board certified with the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry, Podiatric Surgery. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and a member of the American College of Foot & Ankle Orthopedics & Medicine.
