Drew Taft, DPM, is a highly experienced and board certified podiatrist at Foot & Ankle Associates of Southern NH in Derry, NH.
Dr. Taft is a native of southern New Hampshire and received his undergraduate degree at Syracuse University in NY. Dr. Taft then attended Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA where he earned a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) in 2006. His postgraduate training included a three-year surgical residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston, MA.
Dr. Taft has extensive training in forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle conditions, and significant experience with diabetic foot and ankle conditions, including wound care and limb salvage procedures. He is board certified through the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and spent his first 10 years in private practice in Woburn, MA, serving part of that time as Chief of Podiatric Surgery at Winchester Hospital. Dr. Taft was also part of an interdisciplinary team at the MelroseWakefield Hospital Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine in Melrose, MA, specializing in treating acute and chronic wounds, while also overseeing hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
In addition to serving patients at Foot & Ankle Associates of Southern NH, Dr. Taft currently treats wound patients at Parkland Center for Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine in Derry, NH.
