I have been practicing clinical cardiac surgery for 16 years, with multiple leadership positions. I have specialized in minimally invasive cardiac surgery with an extra focus on aortic aneurysms and atrial fibrillation. I hold multiple medical device patents and formed Corfigo, Inc in 2015 with a business partner. Corfigo's technology (currently pre-clinical) is directed at advanced forms of atrial fibrillation and will be used as part of a minimally invasive collaborative procedure performed in partnership with cardiology electrophysiology colleagues.
