I was born in Korea and moved to Los Angeles when I was 16. I had a great time at Beverly High School. I then traveled 3,000 miles to the East Coast to spend seven wonderful years at Brown University for my undergraduate, graduate, and medical degrees. I did my orthopaedic surgery training at the University of Pennsylvania and completed my hand and upper extremity fellowship at the Robert A. Chase Hand & Upper Limb Center at Stanford University.
