Since founding SpineSource in 2004, I (with many incredible suppliers, investors, employees, consultants, and talented sales representatives) have successfully introduced several "first-to-market" spinal implant technologies through collaborative U.S. and European manufacturing partners, and tremendous teams of people; especially a competent, well-trained, and professional pool of talented independent sales representatives throughout the USA.

Several of our projects resulted in new categories of interventional and surgical treatment for patients with spinal disorders.

More so, it was accomplished with integrity and ethics, never compromising either virtue. Always focused on the betterment of people:

1. First Inferior-Posterior approach to sacroiliac joint : Tenon Medical's Catamaran™ SI Joint Fusion System; helping position Tenon for full national launch and successful IPO on NASDAQ.

2. First Expandable Vertebral Body Replacement Device, Ulrich Medical® VBR (Germany); then founding Ulrich Medical, USA.

3. First Steerable PEEK Lumbar Interbody Fusion Device, LOOP® TLIF Cage (Germany); then selling it to Medtronic.

4. First Expandable PEEK Lumbar Interbody Fusion Device, WAVE® PLIF Cage (Germany); also sold to Medtronic.

5. First titanium Expandable Lumbar Interbody Fusion Device, L-VARLOCK®; acquired from Kisco International (France), then sold to midsized competitor.

Through many obstacles and total reliance on the matchless grace of God Almighty, these opportunities shaped new implant categories in spine, resulting in positive clinical outcomes for patients and prosperity for everyone involved.
